The journey commences on Monday in Bangalore and ends in Goa the next day. Mysore Palace: Witness the finest example of the Indo-Saracenic style of architecture. The Mysore Palace is a majestic edifice, once the home of the royal family of Mysore.
Hampi: One of the largest empires in India, founded in the middle of the 14th century, Hampi is a city of ruins. Hampi is a world heritage site with intricately carved temples showcasing the splendor of the erstwhile empire.
North Goa tour: Explore the picturesque land of golden beaches and turquoise water, magnificent forts, ancient temples, and electrifying parties. Chapora Fort, Vagator Beach, Anjuna Beach, and Fort Aguada are the prime attractions of North Goa sightseeing.

The tour will start from Bangalore, also called 'Silicon Valley of India' or 'City of Gardens'. The city's pleasant weather and beautiful Victorian architecture will fascinate you.

Receive a cordial welcome at Bangalore Railway Station.
Enjoy a hearty brunch on board.
Visit the renowned Mysore Palace and witness its architectural grandeur.
Take a tour of Srirangapatna, where the last and decisive battle of the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War was fought in 1799.
Come back onboard for dinner.
Stay overnight on the train.

Day 2 begins in Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Hampi will surprise you with its line of ancient temples, majestic forts, and other architectural marvels. Hampi was once the second largest city in the world during the Vijayanagara Empire around 1500 AD.

Breakfast will be served onboard.
Proceed towards Hospet, a city with a rich heritage.
Deboard for exploring the Hampi ruins.
Get back onboard for a delicious lunch.
Spend the evening time on the train.
Enjoy dinner and stay overnight on the train.

The last day of the Majestic Karnataka tour will take you to the beach haven, Goa. Here, tap your feet to the upbeat music and enjoy your favorite beverage while watching the orange hues take over the sky.

As the train runs on the tracks of the Indian Railways, the itineraries are subject to change incase of any changes in the routing etc.
Prices are subject to change incase of any amendment in the routing or other hikes such as fuel,taxes etc.
Children below 5 years of age shall be allowed free, subject to sharing of double bed with parents. This is subject to availability of double bed at the time of booking.
Presidential Suite can accommodate upto 3 adults or 2 Adults and 2 children (One child upto 5 years of age and second child up to 12 years of age) CHILD.

Golden Chariot does accommodate children but we ask parents to be mindful of the sophisticated adult atmosphere we endeavor to maintain.
One child up to 5 years of age shall be allowed free of cost in the Deluxe Cabin, subject to sharing of double bed with parents. This is subject to availability of double bed at the time of booking.
For families, with a child between 6-12 years of age, or, with two children with one child below 5 years and another between 6-12 years, we recommend the Presidential Suite which has a double bed in the bedroom and can be shared with a child below 5 years and a sofa cum bed in the living room which can accommodate the older child. In this case, the child/children will be accommodated free of cost.
In case of two children between 6-12 years of age travelling with their parents, you will have to take 2 cabins. The first child pays 25% of the adult fare and the second child will have to pay 50% of the adult fare. One of the parents will have to be present with the child / children in the cabin.
Please note that we do not have the facility for interconnecting cabins.
All applicable taxes will be charged extra.
