Golden Chariot has two ornately designed dining cars- Nala and Ruchi- each of which serves a delectable spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines to appease your appetite. Each dining car is set with 4-seater and 2-seater sofas and chairs.

A nonchalant lounge bar, Madira, literally meaning mythical drink of the gods sets the right mood for tête-à-tête with fellow travelers over a glass of hearty wine. The bar is stocked with select brands of wines and spirits from India and abroad that will surely help lift your spirits.

A state of the art business care equipped with facilities such as internet, LCD television, printers and fax is available on board Golden Chariot t to cater to the business travelers.

An Ayurvedic wellness spa with 2 massage rooms is what you will find in the recreational coach of Golden Chariot train. Guests can pamper their nerves through an array of rejuvenating massage therapies and treatments. The recreational coach also features a fully equipped gymnasium for guests to workout.

The facility for Pre & Post tour accommodation is not included in the tariff of Golden Chariot train. We recommend our guests to book at least one day accommodation before and after the train journey. The two weeklong itineraries offered by this luxury train offer a non-stop 8 days and 7 night’s journey and guests will get to spend the entire journey either on board or by exploring destinations mentioned in the itineraries.

The arrival and departure through flight is not included in the Golden Chariot ticket price, however we provide assistance regarding schedules, fares and ticket booking on demand. The luxury train tour begins and concludes in the IT hub Bangalore, which offer connecting flights for both domestic and international cities.

Personal – All the passengers travelling aboard Golden Chariot must possess all insurance documents from their respective residential country in regards to accident, illness, injury, death, luggage loss and cancellation of holiday. The Train – Golden Chariot bears a comprehensive insurance cover for unforeseen events like fire, earthquake and terrorist attack.

A comprehensive insurance cover regarding fire, earthquake, theft and terrorism has been given to Golden Chariot train and the guests travelling on board.

Passengers are required to posses all the appropriate travel documents including Indian Visa, passport, identity proof along with the confirmation receipt with you at the time of departure.

We recommend you to carry light walking shoes as most of the sightseeing excursions require walking trips. The walking tour can be long and exhaustive and it is possible that you might come across some craggy pathways.

DuProficient English speaking guides accompany the guests for off-train excursions. These well experienced local guides provide detail insight of the tourist attractions covered at each destination. As per Indian Law – Smoking in India is prohibited in all public places include public transport, restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, educational institutions and parks etc.

Although there are no specific vaccinations required while traveling in India but foreign tourists are required to carry a Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate compliant to international health regulations if they are the natives of Yellow Fever endemic countries.
